Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders must be received by 3 pm EST to be processed the same business day. All orders received after 3 pm EST will process the following business day. Business days are Mondays-Fridays, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Please note that we do not send out partial orders. If an item you ordered is on backorder, you will receive an email promptly outlining which item(s) are on backorder and offer substitution options. You may also choose to have your order held until fresh inventory arrives so your order may ship complete. If you receive your package and it does not contain all the products you ordered, please contact us immediately so we may investigate which items are missing.
Lost or stolen shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery information you provided when placing the order.
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may deliver to mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel. Upon acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to have your order shipped to multiple locations, please contact one of our friendly customer service agents via phone. Shipping to multiple locations will incur additional shipping charges.
Incorrect Shipping Information
NoxxFusion, Inc.® is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to provide the most accurate up-to-date e-mail, billing, and shipping information. Please enter your address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors. Orders which are re-routed to a different address (for any reason) may incur additional shipping charges.
Time to receive your order
Unless otherwise mentioned in the item description, items usually ship from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours from the time of placing your order. Your tracking number will be entered into our online Tracking System before every order is shipped. All DELIVERY SERVICES tracking information is accessible through your member area using the My Account Login.
Real-Time DELIVERY SERVICES and USPS Rates Shipping for Continental U.S. Orders
Real-time DELIVERY SERVICES and USPS rates will be calculated and applied to your order during your checkout. The DELIVERY SERVICES and USPS Real-Time calculator can calculate any shipping rate based on zip code and address. If the shipping cost is not calculated by the system, we will send you an email to inform you of your costs before charging you so that you may consent to them before proceeding. Additional transit times of 2 to 5 business days may apply to packages sent to remote (6 days) and (7 days) zoned six regions.
Shipping Bulk Pallet Orders
Orders of 25 cases or more are available for shipping via Freight-Trucking Shipping. Alternate trucking options are also available. Delivery arrangements will be made when the carrier contacts you at the appropriate phone numbers you provided on your order form. You will receive commercial discount pricing on our entire inventory of the best international blends of sauces, seasonings, marinades, and juices and save even more with our overstock specials and monthly promotions. Upon application submission, typically within 24 to 48 hours, you will be contacted by one of our commercial account representatives. Our processing time for commercial orders of any size is within 14 -21 business days. The minimum order requirements on commercial accounts are 100 cases.
