Spicy Curry Hash Browns
This Asian fusion breakfast is great with scrambled eggs or scrambled tofu.

½ teaspoon NOXX Caribbean Taste Spicy Rhythm Curry Seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
2 cups diced white potatoes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons minced red onion
pepper to taste
salt to taste

1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Cook and stir the potatoes in the butter until browned, for about 10 minutes.
3. Add salt, pepper, and Noxx Caribbean Taste Spicy Rhythm Curry Seasoning.
4. Add the red onion and cook until the potatoes are tender, for about 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the cilantro, and green onion, and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.
